| | I graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Home Economics; minor English. I have been a teacher for 25 years; 12yrs for MaxwellUnifiedSchool District and 13yrs at PVHS. I am a Chico native and feel very fortunate to be able to work in the town I love at such a great high school. I currently teach classes that involve placing students with mentors in the community in Education and Human Service occupations. Facilitating mentor connections for students and witnessing the positive relationships between them has been one of the greatest joys and accomplishments of my teaching career. I feel proud to be in a CaliforniaPartnershipAcademy and a department at PVHS that has received a state “Program of Excellence” award. | |
