| | We welcome parent involvement at Pleasant Valley High School. Research shows that students whose parents are involved in their education generally achieve higher grades and test scores, attend school more regularly, do their homework more consistently and exhibit more positive attitudes and behavior.
Please visit the school office any time and stay in touch with your student’s teachers and counselor – see the Staff Directory for phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
We also welcome community participation, including donations of time, money, materials and expertise.
To help you know what’s going on at school, we invite you to check out services for parents and community members.

| | Join the Parent-Teacher Association and stay involved with your student’s education. The theme of the Enrollment Drive is "Help Us Grow". Teachers and parents are encouraged to join this organization. Membership fees are $10 annually.
Normally, PTSA meets on the 1st Friday of each month at noon in the PV Library. Meetings last about 1 1/2 hours. Michelle Scholar is the 2007-08 President. Contact her for more specific information.
