| | The ASB Window is open to our students from 7:30-8:00 a.m. and 11:45-3:30 p.m. when school is in session. Special event tickets (Almond Bowl, TWIRPS, Prom, etc) are sold by students during lunch & after school only.
Credit card payments may only be made online. Checks are accepted for the exact amount of purchase only. We do not cash checks or give change on checks over the amount of purchase. In addition, there is a $25 returned check service charge.
ASB discounts may be given at the time of purchase only. Cardholder must show ASB Card to receive discounts and special rates. Sorry, no discounts are offered online. Lost or stolen ASB Card may be replaced at a cost of $5.00.
In California, students are entitled to a free public education. Schools may charge for lost textbooks or other loaned district property, for defacing books or other district property, and for damage to the property of a school employee. The parent/guardian is notified in writing of any charges incurred.
PSAT, IB, and AP tests are offered during the school year at a cost. Information, registration, and payments are handled by the Counseling Office. Checks are to be made payable to CUSD.
Athletic transportation 2007/08 cost is $ 49.00. Information, registration, and payments are handled by the Athletics' Office. Checks are to be made payable to CUSD. [Link to Athletics Page]
Field trips, camps, and conferences are coordinated by a faculty advisor. Information, registration, and voluntary payments are handled by the designated faculty advisor.
Other fund raisers organized by an ASB student club or ASB group may collect money directly from its sponsors. Please make checks payable to PVHS ASB.

The 'STUDENT'S NAME' must be a junior or senior at Pleasant Valley High School to attend Prom or to buy an "Early Bird" ticket.
Please enter your guest's full name (no nicknames) in the appropriate field.
You must submit a GUEST PASS (if you are taking a non-PVHS student) to Student Services in the main office before the ticket & souvenirs are picked up at ASB Window #2 beginning April 21st and no later than Friday, April 25th. If this deadline is not met, the regular price schedule will apply and an additional amount will be due. | |

| | You will need to bring your shopping cart receipt to pickup merchandise at the Student Store located inside of the vending machine room. Store hours are 2:45-3:30 p.m. when school is in session. | | Please have student present their email receipt when picking up a temporary ASB card at the ASB window. Permanent photo ASB Cards are processed at Lifetouch and delivered to the school. It may take 10-15 working days from the date of purchase. The temporary ASB card may be used in the interim to receive discounts. When the photo ASB Card is received the student brings the temporary ASB card to the ASB window to exchange. If the temporary card is lost or stolen, there is an additional cost of $5.00.

| | All students receive an identification card. Students may contact Lance Brogden if they have not received an ID card.
Students may choose to purchase the photo ASB card to receive discounts throughout the school year to include, but not limited to, athletic events, school dances, free varsity letter (one only for all sports)*, academic letter*, and academic star*.
*Must be picked up in the year that the letter is earned. Otherwise, letter costs $10 and star costs $3.
